Terms for the Blaze Balance Engine public site.
Last updated: August 23, 2026
About this site
This public site is operated by Blaze Balance Engine Corp., federal corporation 1809707-1. It provides general product, architecture, independent examination services, evidence-status, and inquiry information.
No automatic service, certification, or authority grant
Public descriptions, service pages, receipts, diagrams, examples, and status summaries do not create a production service commitment, security certification, legal opinion, warranty, customer authorization, or grant of runtime authority. Any pilot, independent examination, qualification, integration, or production deployment requires a separately agreed written scope and, where applicable, commercial agreement.
Bounded examination findings
Unless an executed engagement agreement expressly states otherwise, any Blaze examination finding is bounded to the exact object, version, environment, scope, evidence, and conditions examined. A supported finding should not be generalized into a blanket security, production-readiness, legal, investment, or product endorsement claim. A not-supported finding for one bounded case should not be generalized into a claim that an entire system is insecure.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for legitimate evaluation and communication. You may not probe restricted paths, interfere with availability, submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at a disruptive rate, or misrepresent affiliation with Blaze Balance Engine.
Intellectual property
The site, branding, architecture descriptions, receipt models, documentation, and product concepts are owned by or licensed to Blaze Balance Engine Corp. Viewing the site does not grant a license to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercialize them except as permitted by law or written agreement.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep public information accurate, but development status, architecture, and product plans may change. The site is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaze Balance Engine Corp. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from use of or reliance on the public site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and Ontario, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
